ESP Software for Early Years

Involvement in musical creativity and performance is a very important in a child's educational development. Children are naturally musical and love to make musical noises and sing. This can help develop their rhythmic and literacy skills as well as their social skills.

Compose World Play is the version of the ESP Compose World family of software that is best suited for use with early years.

It encourages children to listen to simple phrases of music and choose which ones they want to use to make a longer tune.
We encourage the children to copy the phrases using simple percussion instruments, chime bars and their voices. So, as well as developing their interest in and understanding of music they also build up a familiarity with a range of traditional instruments and singing.
