The Dums website is designed for children between the ages of 5 and 13.

Children should always ask their parent, carer or teacher for approval before sending any personal information.

ESP may use what children have written on The Dums website but may not always reply to individual emails.

ESP will not pass on email addresses or personal details to any other company or third party.

Names and email addresses obtained will only be used in the administration of individual competitions and then only to contact the prize winners. Competition winners' details will only be used on the website after permission has been given to do so.

Wherever possible, The Dums website will only use the child's first name, age and school name, if applicable.
